Oswald Uhrenfabrik was a clock maker that specialized in making many different kinds of clocks. The maker was probably most recognized for making clocks in the likenesses of animals. The company made several different kinds of animal-inspired clocks, including a clock inspired by the Boston Terrier, the Bulldog, the French Poodle, the Scotty Dog, the Owl, the Monkey, and the Yorkshire Terrier. The company also featured special poses, such as the clock that features a dog with its ear up. The company didn't, however, only use animals as their inspirations. They also used parts of the human anatomy, such as the skull they designed. Although, as opposed to the usually menacing feel of the skull, they did it in a comical light, adding a twist of humor to all of their clocks, regardless of the style or inspiration. These clocks are great for collectors, although they can be hard to find.
